Lead healthcare-focused customer discovery (interviews, advisory boards, win/loss analysis) and translate insights into clear product requirements and prioritized integration strategies.
Deliver meaningful product outcomes, including expanded EHR integrations, AI-powered healthcare workflows, and features that improve win rates, attach rates, and reduce churn.

5+ years of product management experience owning a roadmap and shipping SaaS products, ideally within communications, UCaaS, CCaaS, or CX platforms.
Deep, firsthand understanding of U.S. healthcare operations, including HIPAA, patient data handling, EHR ecosystems (e.g., Epic, Athenahealth, NextGen), and real-world clinical and front-office workflows.
Proven ability to drive segment-specific differentiation on a horizontal platform, with measurable business outcomes such as improved win rates, bookings growth, or reduced churn.
Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to prioritize, evaluate AI opportunities (e.g., voice AI, LLMs), and tie product decisions directly to revenue and market impact.
