Requirements
Proven experience building or using tooling with a focus on clearing backlogs and shipping functional features.
Strong proficiency in a programming language. You should be comfortable writing, testing, and debugging.
Hands-on experience with Linux and modern container technologies (Podman, Kubernetes, or OpenShift).
Solid experience using and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated, reliable software delivery.
Ability to work autonomously within a distributed, multicultural team and manage a consistent cadence of contributions.
Familiarity with using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, OpenCode, Cursor) to optimize development process.
A desire to contribute code and fixes directly to upstream open-source projects.
Experience with GitOps and TDD, with an interest in evolving these workflows using new automation technologies.
The ability to explain complex technical implementations simply and collaborate effectively through peer code reviews.
