Define best practices, deployment patterns, and software use cases.
Plan and support deploy software in customer environments and validate network design and system readiness for production.
Own complex technical issues across compute, network, and infrastructure layers, and drive resolution with engineering teams.
Work closely with FAE teams to review deployment architectures and ensure completeness and alignment with BOM.
Design and validate network models, including multi-tenant isolation and overlay networking.
Translating real-world deployment challenges into product requirements, feature gaps, and design improvements.
Influence product direction by bringing insights into product discussions and roadmap decisions.
This role offers a pathway toward Product Management or Technical Program Management, with direct impact on product planning and system design.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or similar roles.
Understanding at least one of the following technologies: networking, distributed systems, virtualization, container orchestration (Kubernetes), GPU scheduling, system lifecycle management or high‑performance computing (HPC), sufficient to engage in technical discussions with engineers.
Ability to debug complex, multi-layer system issues and drive resolution independently.
Excellent English communication skills, to collaborate effectively with engineers, QA, security, FAE and sales teams, as well as engage with customers.
Preferred: Experience with large‑scale cloud architectures, infrastructure management software management/development, or site reliability engineering (SRE) is preferred.
Experience working in customer-facing or field environments.
