Manage pursuit schedules from kickoff through delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Lead the writing, editing, and layout of proposals, qualifications, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with technical staff to gather, refine, and organize content.
Plan, implement, and manage the company’s social media content calendar.
Coordinate internal and external events such as open houses and tradeshows.
Lead and analyze market research.
Assist with internal tools, templates, and process improvements.
Support mentoring of team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
Computer skills necessary to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Time management and communication skills.
Strong written and verbal skills and the ability to draft as well as edit documents such as e-campaigns, proposals, case studies, presentations, and resumes.
