About this role

Taking on on-call duties in an international environment
Acting as service delivery manager for new and long-standing customers
Providing software support, including documenting incoming service cases and their resolutions
Collaborating on software projects (CS, MU, PS, IS)
International project commissioning and post go-live support
Service support for existing customers (WCS, MFC)
Software development for WCS, MFC and OFS systems (PTL, PbV)
Processing change requests for existing customers

Experience with 24/7 on-call 2nd level support
Strong service and customer orientation
Knowledge of automation environments / warehouse management systems
Familiarity with logistics IT environments
Good written and spoken English and German
Willingness to travel
Experience with complex software architectures
Experience in Java software development (minimum 3 years professional experience preferred)
Confident handling of databases (Oracle)
