Support the day-to-day operations and execution of AI and data initiatives across the enterprise
Assist in the project governance of data and AI solutions into business processes
Help with communication and coordination between business and technology teams to ensure alignment of AI and data initiatives with business objectives
Assist in ensuring data and AI projects stay on track according to established timelines and goals
Help support business teams in identifying AI and data needs and ensure alignment with operational goals, digital transformation objectives, and overall business priorities
Encourage team members to adopt best practices when working with data and AI solutions
Assist in the development of performance tracking systems and KPIs to monitor success
Help identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring data security and compliance
Manage external vendor relationships for effective delivery of data and AI services
Assist in driving change management efforts to promote adoption of AI-driven processes across the organization
Identify areas for continuous improvement within business processes leveraging AI and data insights
Requirements
7–10 years of experience in business operations, project management, or data management
Experience supporting AI or data-driven projects is a plus
Strong understanding of AI technologies and modern data platforms
Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with SharePoint or Confluence
Working knowledge of business process management and performance tracking frameworks
Basic understanding of financial processes, including budgeting and forecasting
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong articulation abilities
Public speaking and presentation skills (preferred)
