Lead the Manufacturing workstream in national and international SAP transformation programs and ensure high-quality project delivery
Take end-to-end responsibility for manufacturing processes and solution design
Design and implement manufacturing solutions, including integration with adjacent streams and systems
Drive innovation initiatives related to SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Digital Manufacturing
Mentor junior consultants and young professionals and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within our CNT Competence Teams
Take a leading role in sales cycles within your area of expertise and actively contribute to the preparation and delivery of customer demos and pre-sales presentations
Commit to continuous professional and personal development

7+ years of hands-on consulting experience in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing (public and private cloud, on-premise)
Strong expertise in SAP PP, ideally complemented by experience in SAP PP-PI for regulated/validated industries
Proven experience leading SAP Manufacturing streams and small teams in complex transformation projects
Experience in Digital Manufacturing and MES integration is a plus
Ability to take ownership and drive topics independently
Excellent consulting and communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all organizational levels
High flexibility and willingness to travel
Interest in open and constructive collaboration
Business fluent in German and English
