supports execution of KLA’s Service Intellectual Property (IP) Protection initiatives
strengthening protection of KLA IP across service systems, on‑tool software, data outputs, Service AI platforms, and in‑fab technologies
coordinating and supporting execution of multiple, parallel initiatives that span planning, development, validation, rollout, and sustainment phases
works closely with cross‑functional team members to lead project plans, track breakthroughs and dependencies, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery against defined POR commitments
supports consistent execution by maintaining project artifacts such as schedules, dashboards, status updates, and risk and issue logs
facilitates communication between partners, coordinates readiness activities, supports governance reviews, and helps ensure releases and process changes are implemented consistently and with appropriate documentation
supports standardization of processes, documentation, and best‑known methods (BKMs) to improve execution consistency and audit readiness across Service IP Protection programs

Experience supporting IP protection, security, compliance, or enterprise governance initiatives
Familiarity with service organizations, platforms, or system rollouts
Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Legal, Software Engineering, or AI teams
Exposure to data protection, access control, or controlled customer communications
Experience using project management tools, dashboards, and status reporting frameworks
Comfortable operating in structured, compliance-aware environments with multiple partners
Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
