Support the effective operation, continuous improvement, and transparency of the Group’s risk management and internal control environment
Work closely with corporate and business stakeholders
Maintain the Group Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework
Coordinate and support group-wide and business unit risk reviews
Prepare management reporting on key risks and mitigation progress
Maintain the Group risk and control framework
Support the execution of control self-assessments
Promote a strong risk and control culture
Build effective working relationships with Finance, Operations, IT, and other business functions
Contribute to standardization, digitalization, and automation initiatives

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
2–4 years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management, internal control, audit, or finance processes
Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
Strong affinity with Artificial Intelligence, data analysis and reporting
Hands-on experience using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Exposure to ERP and reporting systems (e.g. S/4Hana or similar) is a strong plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear and confident oral and written communication skills
Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented
