Role Overview
- Lead the TIC incubator project to improve Culture of Caring
- Develop a realistic project timeline and track progress
- Monitor project expenditures
- Create a full package of intervention
- Implement CoC pilot in 3 projects
- Facilitate a community of practice
- Build awareness on improving CoC
Requirements
- University degree in medical or paramedical studies
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with a medical organization in humanitarian settings
- Proven experience in developing and facilitating participatory learning and training solutions
- Experience in clinical roles with direct patient contact
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong knowledge of project management tools
