Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Assist in the preparation, maintenance and monitoring of project budgets in line with the current business plan and in keeping with the objectives of the Company and its affiliates.
Ensure informed and accurate technical advice is provided to potential customers regarding the Company's products.
Ensure the accurate preparation of production paperwork for the correct manufacture of the Company's products as required by the client.
Preparation and completion of statutory hand over documentation as may be required.
Requirements

Excellent understanding of building site conditions and requirements
