About this role

Maintain and reconcile inventory sub-ledgers, including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
Monitor, analyze, and report on manufacturing variances (material, labor, overhead)
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and analysis
Assist with month-end closing activities, including factory expense accruals
Partner with plant management to analyze production results and identify cost improvement opportunities
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, GAAP, and internal control requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
0–3 years of accounting experience; manufacturing or cost accounting experience preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, data analysis)
