Build and maintain relationships with trade professionals including but not limited to plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, adjusters, and local business contacts across Nassau & Suffolk.
Conduct consistent in-person visits, follow-ups, and check-ins that actually mean something.
Represent UWRG as a trusted emergency restoration partner, not a pushy salesperson.
Keep relationships warm, organized, and strong before disaster strikes.
Help partners feel confident referring UWRG when their clients need help fast.
Support community presence, networking efforts, and long-term brand trust initiatives.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk marketing job. You’ll be out meeting people, building relationships, solving problems, and becoming someone our partners genuinely trust.
Requirements
Excellent communication (speaking, writing and listening) and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance, professionalism, and confidence in face-to-face interactions.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Self-motivated, organized, and consistent with follow-up including documentation.
Comfortable networking, meeting new people, and maintaining professional relationships.
Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, restoration, or relationship management preferred.
Highly responsive, dependable, and committed to doing what you say you’ll do.
