Role Overview

• Triage and respond to incoming inquiries with speed and professionalism.
• Fuel the sales pipeline by converting qualified inbound leads into high-value opportunities.
• Partner closely with Marketing to orchestrate targeted campaign follow-ups.
• Champion data excellence by tracking key performance metrics.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience in business development, lead qualification, or inside sales, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Superb communication and discovery skills.
• Highly organized mindset capable of prioritizing a high volume of leads.
• Complete professional fluency in English.
• Professional fluency in an additional European language (Bonus Points).
• Prior experience working within logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries (Bonus Points).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Bonus Points).
