Guide clients with the homebuying or refinancing process, delivering a transparent and professional customer experience
Convert leads into funded home financing contracts, consistently achieving a target of 3-4 closed contracts per month
Exhibit unwavering dedication to surpassing monthly home financing sales goals
Manage an active pipeline by following up with clients, responding to inbound leads, and generating new business through networking, outreach, and referrals
Host and attend outreach events and educational seminars promoting our Sharia-Compliant home financing product at local mosques, organizations, and community gatherings
Build relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents and community leaders
Collect and review required loan documentation ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Requirements
2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
Experience in articulating product or service features, benefits, and value
Detail-oriented and the ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously
Familiarity and connection with local Muslim-American communities and Mosques required
Bilingual
English/Urdu or Arabic preferred
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and managers via telephone, email, and in person.
