Generate revenue through new client development and expand relationships with mid-to-large organizations
Lead client conversations about how AI and automation can unlock value
Create solution proposals that combine HR strategy, technology, and AI-enabled capabilities
Demonstrate and market expertise in HR transformation and AI enablement
Deliver client engagements end-to-end
Manage project economics, ensuring projects are delivered according to project scope on time and within budget
Mentor junior consultants in modern HR practices, analytics, and AI adoption
Contribute to thought leadership, methodology development and go-to-market collateral that integrates AI-driven HR transformation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (business, information systems, HR management, organizational psychology or similar)
Minimum 8 years of external consulting experience delivering HR transformation projects
At least 10 years of program management experience on large-scale, multi-stream projects
Deep HR domain expertise
Strong content knowledge in at least three of: AI-enablement, HR strategy, HR technology, organizational effectiveness, HR operating models, process redesign, and employee experience
Hands-on experience with core HRIS platforms such as Workday or SuccessFactors
Experience with shared services platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
Demonstrated experience implementing digital automation (RPA), conversational AI/chatbots, and analytics or machine learning solutions in HR contexts
Practical knowledge of generative AI/LLMs
Proven track record in business development, financial scoping, proposal writing, and presenting to executive stakeholders
