Support the preparation and delivery of Environmental & Social Impact Assessments in line with regulatory requirements and international lender standards.
Apply IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles, and other international E&S frameworks to project work.
Contribute to baseline studies, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement planning, and mitigation strategies.
Assist in managing multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating tasks to ensure timely, high‑quality outputs.
Engage with clients, regulators, and project stakeholders to support project approvals and compliance.
Prepare clear, well‑structured technical reports and presentations.
Support senior team members in project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentor junior colleagues where appropriate.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Social Sciences, Sustainability, or a related field.
Solid technical understanding of ESIA methodologies and socio‑economic assessment.
Experience applying IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles, or other lender requirements.
Proven consultancy experience delivering ESIA projects for private or public sector clients.
Project management experience within an ESIA or environmental consulting context.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high‑quality deliverables.
Experience working in the energy, mining or emerging markets is an advantage.
