Role Overview
- Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to drive product adoption and demonstrate value for clients
- Manage the client journey from the beginning of the partnership through renewal
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a customer success manager or in a related e-commerce/marketing role
- Fluent in Danish and English, with proficiency in German, French, Spanish, Polish, Norwegian, or Swedish being a plus
