- Partner with customer teams to quickly triage operational issues
Requirements
- A proven track record in B2B product management (ideally enterprise software)
- Attention to detail and thinking in systems
- A history of confidently managing competing demands
- Tenacity and a "Just Do It" Attitude
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to interact seamlessly with people of varying technical backgrounds
- Previous experience in the water industry or other utilities is a bonus, but not a requirement.
