Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions leveraging LLMs (GPT, Claude, open-source models).
Engineer and optimize prompts to improve accuracy and relevance across use cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and retail/CPG stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact AI solutions.
Monitor, fine-tune, and maintain models to ensure performance, scalability, and business alignment.
Implement AI/ML-driven efficiencies in BI migration initiatives (e.g., MicroStrategy to Metabase).
Ensure data governance, quality, and security throughout AI and migration processes.
Stay current with advancements in the AI/LLM ecosystem to drive continuous innovation.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and BI migration (Metabase , MicroStrategy).
Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics architecture.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to translate retail/CPG-specific business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
Integration of AI solutions into enterprise systems, BI tools, or customer-facing platforms.
Knowledge of ethical AI, data governance, and responsible AI practices in production environments.
