Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL, Python, and Databricks.
Work with large and complex datasets to support analytics and reporting requirements.
Develop analytical models and reporting solutions to address business problems.
Translate business requirements into data-driven analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
Support campaign analytics, performance tracking, and business reporting initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting and analytical processes.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to business and leadership teams.

3–5 years of relevant experience in analytics, reporting, or modeling roles.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and Databricks.
Experience working with large datasets and data analysis techniques.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
Ability to translate complex business problems into analytical solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to Banking or Lending domains such as credit, loans, campaigns, business banking, or risk analytics is preferred.
Experience in campaign analytics or marketing analytics is an added advantage.
