Own and drive the execution roadmap for the Audit & History product area, including platform-level audit logging, sheet and data-level history, restoration workflows, and emerging unified access and observability experiences
Serve as the product owner across multiple, technically interdependent engineering teams, making clear scoping and sequencing decisions on features that often carry infrastructure and architectural implications
Lead customer and user discovery with enterprise personas—SysAdmins, compliance officers, security and IT leaders, and PMO owners—to surface signal, validate assumptions, and pressure-test designs before they ship
Author crisp product briefs, requirements docs, and feature specs that design and engineering can execute on without ambiguity, from early discovery through to GA and post-launch iteration
Drive cross-functional alignment across UX research, design, GTM, Customer Success, and data and analytics teams to move features from concept to GA and adoption
Represent the Audit & History product area in leadership reviews, WBRs, and customer-facing conversations, including enterprise account escalations and executive briefings
Partner with engineering on-call and support teams to triage and prioritise customer-impacting production issues in the Audit & History space
Define success metrics for every feature you ship and partner with data and analytics teams to ensure proper instrumentation, dashboards, and reporting from day one
Contribute to pricing and packaging decisions for new and existing Audit & History capabilities, working alongside pricing, sales, and GTM to position offerings effectively
Collaborate effectively with engineering and design team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative product delivery

Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, including delivering impactful enterprise SaaS or B2B software solutions
Experience owning audit, compliance, observability, governance, or data management product areas is a strong plus
Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, technically complex platform problem spaces and make clear scoping decisions across multiple engineering teams
Strong customer instincts—you know how to run discovery, find signal in noisy feedback, and translate it into well-scoped product decisions
Demonstrated ability to author clear product briefs, requirements docs, and feature specs that engineering and design can act on without ambiguity
Comfort working across multiple engineering teams and time zones, including stakeholders in North America
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to represent the product area in leadership reviews and directly with enterprise customers
Data-driven mindset with a focus on adoption, reliability, and trust metrics to guide prioritisation and measure outcomes
Experience working alongside AI/ML product areas, or shipping audit and observability features for AI-driven systems, is a plus
