Collect and review documents from new clients to verify their identity and business activities
Apply the correct level of due diligence (SDD, CDD or EDD) depending on the client’s risk level
Help ensure that all required information is complete before a project begins
Review screening results for PEPs, sanctions, and negative news
Flag any unusual or high‑risk findings to senior team members
Analyse different types of corporate structures and ownership chains
Submit and complete risk assessments on our KYC platform
Help ensure that all onboarding steps follow internal compliance processes via our internal systems
Work closely with the MLRO team located in the UK to coordinate onboarding steps
Contribute to improving our KYC and risk management processes

6 months to 2 years of experience in KYC, AML, CTF, compliance, or risk management (internships and traineeships count)
Basic understanding of corporate structures (e.g., shareholders, directors, UBOs)
Knowledge of international regulations is a plus, but not absolutely required
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Comfortable working with documents, databases, and internal systems
Curious, proactive, and willing to learn new concepts
Able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written)
