About this role
Role Overview
Own and close new business in US markets for Bito’s AI Architect
Design and execute sales strategies to penetrate software-driven enterprises
Drive outbound pipeline targeting large-scale engineering organizations (500+ engineers) at Fortune 500 and high-growth tech companies
Collaborate with marketing and partnerships for lead generation and events
Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, demos, pilots, negotiation, close
Partner with product and engineering to deliver feedback from the field
Help build our go-to-market motion: CRM, pipeline hygiene, forecasting
Requirements
5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in developer tools, SaaS, or GenAI
Experience running consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles into enterprise engineering and platform teams (VP Eng / CTO level)
Track record of closing six-figure deals with complex technical buyers
Deep curiosity about AI and the future of software engineering
Ability to communicate technical value clearly to both developers and execs
Self-starter who thrives in early-stage ambiguity and wears multiple hats
Strong written and verbal communication with follow-through
Preferred: engineering background and experience selling developer tools
