Promote dashboards, reports, and reporting tools
Support the Finance team with recurring and ad hoc reporting requests
Prepare and maintain Excel-based analysis files
Help with the preparation and formatting of monthly, quarterly, budget, and board presentation materials
Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs
Partner with Finance and teams to support reporting needs
Support ongoing process improvements and reporting automation initiatives
Maintain reporting structures, templates, and documentation
Assist with data visualization and presentation of key business metrics
Report into Finance leadership

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
1–3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, FP&A support, or a related analytical role
Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in PowerPoint
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience working with reporting systems, dashboards, or planning tools
Experience with PowerPoint, NetSuite and Adaptive is a plus
