About this role
Role Overview
Leading the development of focused and specific solution approaches and delivery models to address our clients' issues and challenges
Leading, directing and managing complex strategy, advisory and implementation projects
Advising our clients on strategy, governance and processes in the areas of lending, real estate valuation, refinancing, risk management and sustainability
Independently and proactively developing consulting products, taking into account client needs, market developments and the strategic direction and ambitions of vdpConsulting AG
Supporting the Executive Board in further developing the company with regard to strategy, consulting and product portfolios as well as organization and processes (including taking responsibility for executing strategic initiative packages)
Producing thought leadership materials, studies and expert articles, and conducting seminars and presentations
Requirements
University degree in economics, business administration or a related field
Substantial, relevant and demonstrable professional experience in a consulting firm with a focus on the financial services industry
Relevant business development and project leadership experience (required for Senior Manager level)
Broad understanding of processes, organization, technology and regulatory requirements in lending and the real estate sector
Excellent and practiced communication and presentation skills
Confident presence and enjoyment of client interaction
Growth mindset and enthusiasm for innovative thinking
Fluent German and English language skills
High willingness to travel
