Define and execute the marketing strategy for the ConectCar Empresas business vertical;
Develop, together with the marketing and product teams, the value propositions of solutions for companies;
Conduct benchmarking, market research and surveys with customers and leads, structuring insights on pain points, needs and business opportunities;
Define and keep updated the ICP, personas and segmentations, guiding communication, acquisition and prioritization strategies;
Plan and execute the strategic and tactical Communication Plan (channels, calendar, formats and messages), focusing on acquisition, sustainment and retention (full funnel);
Execute the various initiatives for the ConectCar Empresas vertical;
Negotiate, execute and oversee industry events;
Manage the area budget;
Enable the full sales communication logic, supporting the commercial team with messaging, sales arguments, materials and guidance;
Manage execution with Creative, PR, Media and CRM teams through the creation of briefings;
Monitor dashboards, metrics and KPIs, tracking the performance of actions, campaigns and product;
Work analytically on the marketing funnel and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CAC, ROI, ROAS), proposing continuous optimizations;
Track product metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue and referral) and run A/B tests, from hypothesis formulation to results analysis;
Collaborate with the product squad;
Work integrally with multidisciplinary teams (Technology, Marketing, UX, Data, Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Service and others);
Lead and direct, as the business representative, the initiatives under your responsibility, delivering regular presentations.
Requirements
Previous experience working in marketing
Previous experience in communication planning
Previous experience working with digital products
Ability to adapt to different contexts and needs
Previous experience producing and executing events
Familiarity with automatic toll payment services in the market, or experience with such services, providing at least a basic understanding of their operation and business models is a plus
Experience in the transportation, logistics and fleet market (B2B) is a plus
Experience in the Fintech segment is a plus
