Senior Manager – Clinical Vendor Performance Analytics

Role Overview

• Design, build, and continuously improve vendor performance dashboards
• Produce monthly performance summary and ad hoc analyses
• Own the analytical tooling stack for the Performance Management team
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate analytical findings into clear narratives

Requirements

• 5+ years in healthcare analytics or vendor performance analytics
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into executive-ready storytelling
• Advanced data and visualization skills required
• Bachelor's Degree required; quantitative discipline preferred
