Control the ordering processes and bookings, in order to ensure manufacturing of products as agreed upon in the order freeze
Run production order cockpit, check whether production orders are correctly booked and if order is in accordance with current delivery
Analyze, verify and correct errors on production orders
Responsible for technical (TECO) closing of production orders
Overview the costs of an order in terms of quality
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure materials availability
Plan, coordinate, and manage inventory cycle counts with Inventory Team
Generate and analyze production performance reports to identify areas for improvement
Refine sequencing on machines on shift basis
Main contact for MES, Factory Framework, Mobile Scan Guns and other programs when there are issues
Work with IT on a daily basis with ongoing projects, testing and updates
Ensure all is aware of updates going through systems
Provide day to day direction and functional technical support to the Shop Floor Controllers
Monitor, analyze and report on Warehouse Monitor
Run variance reports and track KPI's
Escalate errors to Master Planner and Production Management SAMS Key User

Undergraduate Degree in SCM, Engineering or business-related field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency
Two years’ experience in Shop Floor Controlling or similar position
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical thinking skills
Goal and results oriented
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Prefer previous experience with ERP systems (SAP)
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology
