Experience: 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with strong results in web subscription funnels.
Channel depth: strong hands-on knowledge of Demand Gen, Display, and Search.
Performance marketing mindset: understanding of funnels, conversion logic, and UA decisions' connection to LTV and business outcomes.
Creative thinker: ability to understand high-performing creative and influence strategy.
AI and automation-native: experience in building automation workflows.
Numbers-driven: fluent in CPA, ROAS, LTV metrics.
Detail-oriented: structured and high ownership of work.
English: B2 or higher.
