Plan and coordinate audits, collaborating with site leadership and functional teams to define scope, objectives, and timelines.
Execute internal audits in accordance with AS9100, AS9110, and AS9120 standards, serving as Lead or Team Auditor depending on audit complexity.
Document and report audit findings, collecting evidence, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring all results are actionable and compliant with QMS requirements.
Manage corrective actions, issuing CARs, monitoring progress, supporting root cause analysis, and verifying the effectiveness of improvements.
Support sites and stakeholders, providing guidance on QMS compliance, audit readiness, and opportunities for process improvement.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging audit findings to enhance quality performance and organizational efficiency.
Travel to internal company sites and regional sites will be required (up to 65%).
Work occasional extended hours to meet audit requirements. Expectation to work beyond current site and support sites within assigned region.
Requirements
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
3+ years of experience in quality assurance or auditing within aerospace or manufacturing.
Certified or trained as an Internal or Lead Auditor for AS9100, AS9110, or AS9120.
Prior experience with ISO 9001 and AS91XX standards.
Prior experience using ETQ or other electronic quality management systems.
