Supermicro is seeking a Senior Product Manager who can lead the development and integration of blade server products for cloud, HPC, datacenter and other applications.
This is a key product management role driving new product development where communication among local and remote teams and on-site product leadership is critical to delivering new products time to market.
In addition to developing new state-of-the-art systems, you are expected to collaborate with Marketing and Sales departments to promote blade server products and interact with customers directly to influence the purchasing decision.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will also use strong technical and communication skills towards product definition strategy for the blade server product family including research into vertical-based customer solutions and creation of aggressive go-to market plans.
Ultimately, the Senior Product Manager will become a core member of the blade server product management team and engage in technical, product development, marketing, and pre/post-sales support activities.

BSEE/CS or MSEE/CS with a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in server system architecture
Demonstrated ability in Product Management role, experience managing multiple products from initial concept through development to end-of-life
Deep knowledge in server architecture, solutions and related technologies
Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must, able to communicate effectively with executives both internal and customers
Strong initiative and discipline, and ability to work in a self-directed environment
Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional organizations, and strong project management and multi-tasking skills
