Supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes
Ensuring the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems
Responsible for the provision of quality laundry service
Requirements

High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
Minimum of one year of prior experience of maintenance supervisory experience required
Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
