Role Overview
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients
Lead and manage a team of technical support professionals
Drive operational excellence and the continuous improvement of support processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
Monitor team performance and customer satisfaction metrics
Develop and implement training programs for team members
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance
Requirements
5+ years of experience in senior support roles or people leadership positions
Strong technical foundation, including SQL, programming logic, and computer networks
Broad understanding of IT systems, technologies, and industry best practices
Data-driven mindset with clear ownership of KPIs and customer journey metrics
Proven ability to lead by example and drive a results-oriented, forward-thinking team
Experience building high-performance teams through coaching, feedback, and talent development
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Fluent English, spoken and written.
