You post ongoing business transactions (accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank postings)
You review invoices and handle payment processing
You assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
You prepare reports and analyses in Excel and PowerPoint to support management accounting (Controlling)
You conduct research on tax and corporate law matters
To resolve accounting and tax issues, you communicate with internal departments, external tax advisors, and authorities

You have a commercial vocational qualification with a focus on accounting or tax — or a comparable degree
You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
Additional qualifications such as Bilanzbuchhalter (certified balance sheet accountant) or Steuerfachangestellte (tax specialist) are a plus
Ideally, you have experience with IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards
Confident user knowledge of Haufe X360, DATEV, and NetSuite is desirable
You demonstrate very strong Excel skills
You have a structured, reliable, and independent way of working
Excellent written and spoken German (minimum C1) and good English skills (minimum B1) complete your profile
