Senior Manager, Technical Delivery Management

Role Overview

• Lead Product Owner team and serve as the connective tissue between client needs and team development
• Manage and develop a small team of Product Owners
• Carry a portion of billable work as a practicing PM/PO
• Build and maintain documentation, templates, job aids, etc.
• Work alongside PMs, engineering leads, and client partners
• Participate in the hiring process and own the onboarding experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in product ownership, delivery management, or a comparable role
• Experience leading delivery in a consultancy or agency context
• Account health ownership experience
• Web, Platform and SaaS delivery experience
• Background that spans both PM and PO
• Scoping and SOW experience
• People leadership experience.
