Role Overview
- Responsible for the strategic planning, development, and management of a portfolio of banking products and services.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to plan, develop, implement and measure product and sales initiatives.
- Design, develop, and enhance product portfolios that meet client needs and align with business goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis and forecast industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- 3+ years experience in financial services or related industry (preferred)
- 3+ years experience in product development (preferred)
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Product Manager, PMP) (preferred)
