Role Overview
- Lead the delivery of customer facing servicing development across all Synchrony businesses
- Collaborate with digital product owners, technical leads, and other stakeholders
- Manage Sprints and facilitate Agile Ceremonies
- Generate progress reports indicating velocity and burn-down
- Coach Agile behavior and manage diverse development teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of IT experience or equivalent leadership program experience
- High School Diploma/GED and 6+ years of IT experience
- Experience in developing and implementing information systems and project management experience
- Strong project management background with a focus on technology
- Knowledge of mobile and web technology and development approaches
- Experience managing multiple scrum teams in parallel
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian products
- Fluency in MS Office
