Reporting to the E-Store Manager at Samsung Electronics France, you will contribute to growing revenue and the visibility of the Samsung Pro Shop, the Samsung e-shop dedicated to freelancers, startups, and micro/small businesses.
CRM: set up always-on commercial email campaigns and trigger-based marketing (cross-sell, cart abandonment, relationship marketing, etc.).
Brief agencies, oversee implementation, perform QA/testing, analyze results and report on CRM activity.
Propose optimisation opportunities and make recommendations.
E-merchandising and UX/UI optimizations to increase conversion rates (tools used: Contentsquare, Kameleoon, etc.).
Improve visibility by implementing a communication plan (Display, Social, SEA/paid search, Affiliate).
Partnerships: prospect and help establish new partnerships to identify new B2B customers and grow revenue.
Reporting: track sales and traffic, analyze results to assess the performance and profitability of each action.
Continuous monitoring of best practices in UX/UI, CRM and e-commerce.
To successfully carry out your tasks, you will liaise with internal eShop, digital, product, media and legal teams as well as our partners and agency providers.
As a full member of the department, you will take part in meetings and contribute to strategic discussions on various topics.
Requirements
Currently a student or recent graduate from a business school (Bac +3 / Bac +4).
Fluent English, essential in an international environment.
Good command of MS Office, particularly for creating presentations and performing data analysis.
Comfortable preparing and presenting materials to senior management and external partners.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Organized, meticulous and autonomous, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive and dynamic, with a willingness to take initiative and propose new ideas.
