Leads the design, implementation, and administration of advanced talent management and organizational development programs to maximize organizational human capital
Drives strategic workforce planning assessments and workforce analytics to support leadership development and organizational transformation with major impact on divisional or departmental results
Implements strategic talent management and organizational development strategies and goals established by Senior Management and Executives
Oversees comprehensive talent assessments and complex organizational design analyses
Guides succession planning and enhances performance measurement systems to drive organizational performance
Directs teammate engagement research and advanced workforce planning analytics
Collaborates with senior leaders and business partners to address critical talent gaps and develop solutions
Administers continuous improvement of talent management processes and organizational development programs
Provides expert consultation on talent strategies, policies, and compliance matters
Manages major/complex talent management and organizational development projects, programs, or processes that span across multiple teams
Provides guidance, coaching, and direction to lower-level professionals and project teams
Analyzes complex talent needs and designs innovative, scalable solutions to address skill and performance gaps and business challenges
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in talent management and organizational development
Project management experience
Deep expertise in talent assessment, succession planning, and workforce analytics
Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
Experience in the financial services industry (preferred)
Formal project management training or certification (PMI) (preferred)
Professional certification in HR related disciplines (preferred)
Extensive experience with HR analytics platforms and strategic workforce planning (preferred)
Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide talent management and organizational development projects, programs, or initiatives (preferred)
Strong knowledge of change management frameworks and organizational effectiveness best practices (preferred)
