About this role
Role Overview
Lead financial strategy and execution for a large and complex line of business
Provide strategic financial consultation to senior leadership, including pricing, profitability, investment cases, and M&A opportunities
Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes
Lead reporting and analysis for key stakeholders including the Board of Directors, Investor Relations, and regulators
Ensure financial integrity and strong internal controls across the Finance division
Manage a team of finance professionals, providing coaching, development, and performance oversight
Influence cross-functional decisions and drive high-impact financial outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent education and related training
Fifteen years of relevant finance or accounting experience that includes complex financial analysis and leadership/supervision of finance teams
Significant industry experience and business vision to provide leadership to support division manager and Executive leadership
Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interpret and communicate financial analysis to business partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Sound and logical decision-making abilities
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work well with others in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Familiarity with GAAP, with specific knowledge of GAAP related to supported LOBs
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Financial Modeling experience.
