About this role
Role Overview
Support our Field team with key administrative tasks related to metering operations
Ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently
Handle meeting bookings, room scheduling, and follow-up actions
Maintain the asset register and monitor stock levels for equipment and meters
Produce weekly team communication The Flow
Keep the Metering Field Complaints tracker up to date
Requirements
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft packages
Strong communicator and a collaborative team player
Attention to detail
Ability to complete quality checks on meter readings and field jobs
Experience in scheduling meetings and maintaining asset registers
