Role Overview
Identify and resolve problems faced in various online applications that serve Cigna’s online and web based platforms.
Work on multiple high critical incident tickets to resolve issues.
Provide support to all MML calls and resolve MML tickets.
Work on critical CDH and MFS issues to open a MML line to triage and solve issues.
Analyze production tickets and support application maintenance, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Provide code analysis, business friendly explanations for requests and incidents, and resolve production critical incidents using a deep understanding of application architecture.
Provide functional and technical knowledge of the applications.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computers or Engineering and 3 years of experience
