Role Overview
- Serve as the primary U.S. benefits leader and key partner within the broader Total Rewards and Human Resources organization
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the U.S. employee benefits function
- Ensure the design, governance, delivery, and continuous improvement of all employee benefit programs across the United States
- Lead a team of employee benefits professionals in a direct line and matrix environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits, or a combination of employee benefits and related specialist experience
- 4+ years of direct people management experience
- Deep knowledge of U.S. employee benefits programs, regulatory requirements, and industry practices
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organization.
