Lead assigned turnarounds events (includes maintenance and capital projects) and manage all phases thru scoping, execution, and close-out
Develop technical funding documents, scope, budget, schedule, and execution strategy for assigned turnaround events
Manage communications regarding schedule, budget, and progress updates with key stakeholders
Basic understanding of operating plant and experience in an industrial environment
Understands quality standards as outlined by Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.
Responsible to drive key Air Products Safety programs and establishing a Safety 1st Culture
Requirements
Strong leadership, organizational, and planning abilities
Manufacturing plant operations, maintenance, and capital projects experience
7 to 10 years' experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines
Professional Engineer preferred
Ability to travel 30%-40% of the time depending on assigned workload
Obtain TWIC, passport and pass refinery background checks
10+ years’ experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines, preferably with experience in industrial outages, exchangers, pumps, hydrotesting and pipe fabrication
Technical, Engineering, or Construction Management degree a plus, but not required
PMP Certification a plus, but not required
