Serve as a central resource for medication-related support for patients, pharmacies, and providers
Perform varied activities and moderately complex clinical/operational/customer support assignments
Support medication adherence, reconciliation and patient outreach
Perform analysis and follow-up
Conduct patient outreach to address medication gaps and support scheduling for pharmacist consultations
Apply established guidelines and departmental policies to complete assignments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards are met within defined workflows
Requirements
Candidates need to reside in a commute distance to Orlando, Florida for this HYBRID position
Must have an active Pharmacy Technician or Tech in Training license in the state of Florida
Must have an active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential
Experience as a Pharmacy Technician OR call center experience in a pharmacy or related call center setting
Excellent communication skills
Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously and strong data entry skills
High School Diploma or GED
A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
