Active development and expansion of partner relationships with independent territory and account responsibility, including regular needs analyses via telephone and email
Responsible for selling and ensuring smooth processing of a wide range of IT products and solutions to our partners and resellers within a defined vendor portfolio
Regular coordination with vendors' account management teams to ensure optimal support for our partners in project business
Preparation and follow-up of – including complex – quotations
Close collaboration with other departments (Key Account Management, Business Development, PreSales, Finance and Purchasing) to act as a competent point of contact for our partners
Price negotiations for projects in coordination with Key Account Management
Maintaining project data in the CRM system and updating customer information and data
Requirements
Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in inside sales, ideally in the IT sector or a related industry
Proven track record in sales as well as in developing and maintaining customer relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a passion for selling
Strong interest in and solid understanding of IT products and solutions
High self-motivation, result-oriented work style and team spirit
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools, e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics (AX) is an advantage
