Leading and managing a portfolio of strategic procurement and sourcing projects, with a strong focus on Indirect Procurement initiatives.
Coordinating and facilitating Sourcing Councils, including agenda preparation, action item tracking, stakeholder follow-up, and progress monitoring.
Driving project planning, timelines, milestones, risk management, and execution to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
Tracking project-related spend, savings, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to provide clear visibility and executive-level reporting.
Building and improving project governance, dashboards, reporting tools, and processes to support decision-making, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent years of directly related experience may be considered.
Around 10 years of experience in project/program management, preferably within Procurement, Indirect Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Finance-related projects.
PMP, PMI, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
Strong financial acumen, including experience with spend tracking, savings reporting, budget consolidation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Experience working with senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders, with strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence without authority.
Ability to create, improve, and follow structured processes while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Strong English communication skills, including the ability to clearly present complex information through PowerPoint and executive updates.
Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or equivalent platforms.
