About this role
Role Overview
- Planning and coordinating customer appointments for maintenance and repairs in clinics and hospitals
- Independently performing technical service, including maintenance, repairs and installations across a diverse product portfolio
- Performing safety checks (STK) and measurement checks (MTK)
- Documenting and managing service calls
- Advising customers on the optimal use, care and maintenance of medical technology products
- Supporting larger customer projects
- Closely collaborating with the technical support team
Requirements
- Completed training as a biomedical technician, electrician, mechatronics technician, or an equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in technical service
- Experience carrying out DGUV measurements, safety checks (STK) and measurement checks (MTK)
- Strong PC/IT skills, especially MS Office, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and network technology
- Fluent German and good command of English
