About this role

Lead and develop a diverse client portfolio, including independent companies and subsidiaries of national or international groups.
Oversee the delivery of diagnostic assignments: from setup to presentation, including participating in analytical work, supervising the team's tasks, and conducting interviews with employee representatives and management.
Train and support CSE (works council) representatives in understanding financial, social, strategic and environmental issues.

Master's degree (IEP, university, business school) in economics or finance
Minimum 5 years' experience in economic and strategic consulting or in-company roles on similar assignments
Ability to analyze social relations issues and to engage in dialogue with employee representative bodies (IRPs)
Strong written communication and oral presentation skills
Advanced proficiency with IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in Power BI is a plus
